Virtual Coaching Hour Package

Teams or individuals utilize an open coaching hour on the same day and time each week or month as needed. Coaching sessions drill down on critical communication tasks and key skills that can contribute to your initiatives. Sessions can be offered as single-hour or 2-hour packages.

10-Hour Senior Executive Coaching Package

Senior executives enjoy an engaging 10 hours of coaching spread out over six months. Sessions are set up virtually whenever you need them for some quick preparation, game planning, or practice for key communication events - even in 11th-hour, on-the-run scenarios.

Short-Form Senior Executive Coaching Package

Informal 360 feedback talks followed by four virtual 1 on 1 coaching sessions for very senior executives at a critical career inflection point.  The goal is to help them be more self-aware and flex their leadership style and approach to critical work situations and key peer relationships.
